 Dr. Charles Kroger is Adrian Monk's psychiatrist. He is married to wife, Madeline, and has kids, including a son named Troy. Although Troy doesn't think that Charles is his father but, many test confirms that he is. After a "talk" with Adrain, Troy told his father that he is going to college and might study psychology. Dr. Kroger has the big task of being the psychiatrist of Adrian Monk and Harold Krenshaw.

Fun facts: Harold calls him "Chuck", this make Adrian jealous. Also, Dr. Kroger keeps granola bars with him to help keep his energy up.
